Most orders leave our shop within 3 to 4 business days of receiving your order. We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service or UPS. If you select USPS Priority or UPS Ground, you can expect your merchandise in 7-10 business days. If you need a different carrier, you will need to contact us prior to placing your order. Once your package has shipped we are no longer responsible for it. We package everything as safely as possible and provide tracking numbers to you. If you do not receive you package, please contact the carrier. UPS provides up to $100 in insurance. Insurance is mandatory on all packages shipped through USPS. Express Delivery is offered through the post office. Express does not mean overnight. In most cases it will be two days from Missouri.
